Firewaters Fast Cash completed his 1st year of competition. Here are some of his accomplishments....

-  2008 AQHA Region 10 Pole Bending 4th Place
-  1D & 2D Jackpot Winner & Money Earner
-  Tour of Champions 2D 3rd out of 350 Riders 7-12-08
-  Tour of Champions 1D 3rd out of 325 Riders 7-13-08
-  Breast Cancer Benefit Barrel Race: Trophy Buckle Winner
-  Full sibling won the Dakota West Futurity- Congrats Jessica Painter & MFR Goldie Frost
-  Won over $450 at the Fiddlers Futurity with the Future Fortunes
-  Clocked 1/2 second off at the BFA World Show in OKC after hitting a barrel & not being pushed!
-  Earned $3500 in his first year of showing

Purchased as a yearling, Mandy broke and trained Cash, getting him geared for the futurity season.  This was Mandys FIRST horse to break and train aiming strictly at the Futurities.  Firewaters Fast Cash is a very nice horse!  He won $3,500 his Futurity Year and then $3,000 the first six months of his Derby Year.  He has the best mind you could ask for and is a super athlete. He went on to win and place at some really nice shows against the best horses.  Coming back stronger and more mature his five year old year, brought on a whole new horse! 

Firewaters Fast Cash started his DERBY YEAR off winning and placing at most every jackpot he went to from February to July.  His FIRST RODEO IN JULY HE WON 4TH PLACE OUT OF ALMOST 50 HORSES!

Mandy is too busy in Ocala training and getting started with the futurity colts to promote Cash and take him to the next level of competition so he was sent to good friend, Layna Kight.  CASH was taken to Texas in late August to be hauled and seasoned with Layna.  He was gelded and went on the road with Layna & Hoby. Layna & Hoby have run him at a few jackpots in Texas and he is clocking with the best of them!  Cash has been getting seasoned for the rodeos seeing parts of Nebraska, Colorado, South Dakota, Washington, Wyoming and everywhere in between!  Check back for results on how he is doing with Layna the former NFR Qualifer! 

Firewaters Fast Cash & Tiffany Sonnier at the Wrap N 3 Finals November 28th-29th in Gonzales, Texas.  Tiffany was sitting well in the 2D standings & turned in a nice run of a 15.884 to win $218 and the 2D Saddle for the year on Firewaters Fast Cash.  Tiffany & Cash ran 12th (2D 3rd) overall on Sunday out of 151 entries.

"Peppy" started his show career as a three year old.  He was shown in Conformation, Ranch Trail, Ranch Riding, Conformation, Working Ranch Horse and many other classes.  Peppy has been shown in the Open by Dan Moulton and earned points in several events.  Jane Moulton has also shown Peppy in the Amateur classes and even earned a World Championship Title in Amateur Ranch Sorting!  Watch for him in the show pen in 2010!
