              Training Program

              Our mission

              Picture
At MR Performance Horses our goal is to produce athletic, good minded, young horses that can not only make Barrel Racing horses competing in futurities, jackpots, and rodeos, but horses that can go on and excel in a variety of disciplines.  We like to take our time breaking prospects, creating a solid foundation & trust that will be used as their building blocks in every day life.  We (Mandy & Rex) have been working together since 2006 and really enjoy the horses.  Its not a hobby for us, its our way of life!

After several years training our personal horses together, MR Performance Horses started taking in a few Clients horses to train in 2010.  Taking in a just a few horses for the first half of the year and then in the fall we took in four clients horses per month.  With very limited spots available we strive to produce high quality products, not a high quantity.  2011 started off great.  We were able to start off the year taking in six client horses a month and were booked full the first half of the year.  We began taking in more clients horses after July 1st when got settled into our new farm we purchased.

LIMITED spots open for training at our new farm!  Please call for details.
